MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ephrata, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by offering tailored interventions for obesity prevention and management. Through group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!—which includes in-home messaging and clinician contact—Veterans can find the assistance that fits their individual preferences. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for those who wish to self-manage their weight loss journey. For Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges, we also provide options for weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery. We encourage interested Veterans to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to learn how to embark on their weight loss journey with us.
