Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels in Ephrata, PA, is dedicated to ensuring that senior citizens in Ephrata and Cocalico receive warm, nutritious meals delivered right to their doorstep. Our program provides same-day delivery of home-cooked meals, prioritizing the health and safety of our clients by facilitating contactless service during COVID-19. Volunteers carefully place meals in coolers or insulated bags at the clients' porches, allowing seniors to easily retrieve their meals. Regular meal service is available at an affordable rate of $6.75 per day or $33.75 per week, while hospital meals are offered at $8.00 per day or $40.00 per week, following a physician's diet order. We understand that financial challenges can arise, and our Program Coordinator is available to discuss options to ensure that no senior goes hungry. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance and support to the community while fostering independence for our cherished seniors.
