MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Elizabethtown, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to a variety of effective weight management options that align with their needs and preferences. Participants can participate in group sessions, receive personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, or utilize our innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight tracking and management. For those requiring further assistance, we also offer options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges despite initial efforts.
