The Meal Support Program in East Stroudsburg, PA, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals, we create a safe environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others facing similar challenges. Our sessions occur four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—allowing participants to integrate support into their schedules based on their needs. Each meal is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working toward their CNS certification, ensuring a supportive and informed experience.
