MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in East Stroudsburg, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by annually screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and directing them to appropriate weight management resources. We offer a variety of care options tailored to meet the unique needs of our Veterans, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the accessible TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance beyond our core program.
