Located in East Stroudsburg, PA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals experiencing dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and adaptive resources. Our mission is to ensure that those in need can access a variety of pre-modified foods, thickeners, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and specialized adaptive equipment, fostering a supportive environment for improved eating and health.
