Situated in Drexel Hill, PA, the Family Practice and Counseling Network is dedicated to empowering individuals with diabetes to lead healthier lives through personalized diabetes education. Our program focuses on equipping patients with essential knowledge and skills in diabetes management and nutrition, ensuring a patient-centered approach that addresses personal barriers to healthy behavior changes. With certified diabetes educators, we offer both one-on-one sessions for tailored support in blood sugar monitoring, meal planning, and exercise, as well as group sessions that foster community and shared experiences among participants. Understanding the importance of accessibility, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, and provide services on a sliding scale, ensuring that financial challenges do not impede anyone from receiving the education they need to thrive.
