ELECT (Education Leading to Employment & Career Training) is dedicated to supporting expectant and parenting mothers and fathers in Dover, PA, by providing them with the resources and guidance they need to achieve their educational goals and transition successfully into the workforce or higher education. Our comprehensive program offers vital services such as prenatal and parenting education, graduation and post-graduation planning, case management, and assistance with applications for subsidized childcare. We believe in the power of collaboration, which is why we partner with local community agencies to ensure our families receive referrals to essential services. All support is offered at no cost, and students can join us at any point during the school year or summer, as we champion responsible parenting, child development, and educational success.
