Located in Darby, PA, Project HEALTH, a program of Horizon House, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals by providing essential health services that promote healthy lifestyle choices. Our comprehensive offerings include a wellness room, peer support, and expert assistance in navigating the health care system. We host both group and individual sessions focused on nutritional counseling, tobacco recovery, and exercise and fitness, ensuring that every individual has the resources and support they need to thrive.
