At Food Cupboard in Darby, PA, we are committed to serving the Delaware County community by providing essential food assistance to low-income residents facing food insecurity. Our program delivers nutritious emergency food packages that include fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, canned goods, baked items, and protein sources such as poultry and fish. Each eligible household can receive these food packages on the first Thursday of the month, ensuring they have access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, we offer support for families in urgent need through emergency food distributions. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services to prioritize health and safety, welcoming families to our food pantry while ensuring social distancing measures are in place.
