Open Your Heart to a Senior

Open Your Heart to a Senior, a program of Wesley Family Services based in Coraopolis, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for older adults in Westmoreland County. Our mission is to provide essential volunteer-based services that address the practical and social needs of seniors, including assistance with grocery shopping and food pantry delivery, home safety checks, and transportation to medical appointments. We also offer friendly visits to foster companionship, caregiver relief to support family members, and telephone reassurance to maintain connection and communication. Through these heartfelt services, we strive to empower seniors to live fulfilling and independent lives within their community.
