MANNA (Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance) is dedicated to improving health through nutrition for individuals facing serious illnesses in Clifton Heights, PA. Our services include wholesome, healthy, and delicious home-delivered meals, customized to meet the specific medical needs of our clients, with plans consisting of 21 meals each week. Along with personalized meal delivery, we offer both individual and group nutrition counseling led by licensed dietitians who are members of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
