MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Chester, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year, connecting them to tailored weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of support services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows Veterans to engage with care from the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides tools for self-management. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges related to weight.
