Home Delivered Meals serves the frail elderly residents of Chester, PA, by providing healthy and nutritious meals right to their doors. This essential program, offered by Senior Community Services, aims to alleviate food insecurity and prevent malnutrition among seniors, ensuring they can maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Eligible participants are those in the OPTIONS program or the state Medicaid Waiver program, allowing us to deliver care directly to those who need it most for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
