Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors

Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting those on their journey to recovery in Chambersburg, PA, by providing six free wellness kits every two months to cancer survivors who are facing financial difficulties. Our inclusive program is designed for individuals of all backgrounds, including those from underserved rural communities who may experience barriers in accessing health care. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated to promote well-being and may include items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional supportive resources. We believe in empowering survivors with essential tools for their health, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their recovery process.
