Based in Chambersburg, PA, Virtual Nutritional Services, a program by Weis Market, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through accessible and supportive nutrition resources. We offer free online nutrition classes that cater to individuals and groups, led by expert dieticians who are committed to guiding participants on their wellness journey. Our engaging cooking and baking courses for both children and adults empower families to make nutritious choices together. To further encourage participation, every class attendee receives a $5 coupon for their next shopping trip. While our personalized nutrition counseling is currently available to residents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, our virtual classes are open to all Weis Preferred Shopper's Club members, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to benefit from our services.
