MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Chambersburg, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran visiting VA facilities for obesity each year, ensuring they receive personalized referrals to effective weight management solutions. The program offers a variety of options tailored to meet the unique needs of Veterans, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals facing persistent weight challenges.
