Home Delivered Meals

Located in Chambersburg, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific dietary needs of clients facing various health challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals, available to individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act, are crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those not eligible for government assistance, we also offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to choose their meals and delivery. By prioritizing nutrition, N4L aims to support our clients on their journey to better health, offering additional services such as Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling as part of our commitment to comprehensive care.
