MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Carlisle, PA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to identify and support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities, screening them for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management services that resonate with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a comprehensive range of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans have access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided management, as well as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who face ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
