Contact to Care, an initiative of the United Way of the Capital Region, is dedicated to improving access to essential healthcare services in Carlisle, PA. Our compassionate community health workers work tirelessly to connect individuals with health insurance options, facilitate medical appointments, and help navigate barriers to care. We provide vital assistance with health insurance applications and renewals, offer vouchers for medical, dental, and vision care for uninsured clients, and ensure access to transportation and food services. Our mission is to empower every individual in our community to receive the healthcare they deserve, fostering a healthier and more vibrant Carlisle.
