Community Outreach Program

The Community Outreach Program in Canonsburg, PA, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in our region through our innovative Truck to Trunk model, which brings emergency food assistance directly to rural food deserts. With a focus on nutrition, we partner with local organizations to distribute fresh produce and essential food items, ensuring that our clients receive not just sustenance but also the nourishment they deserve. Each week, we rotate our distribution sites to reach more individuals and families in need throughout Washington County. Beyond providing food pantry services, we also connect registered participants with additional resources and programs from Food Helpers and other partners, offering holistic support to address various needs within our community.
