The Community Outreach Program, located in Canonsburg, PA, is dedicated to combating food insecurity in rural areas through its innovative Truck to Trunk model, which ensures safe and convenient access to emergency food supplies directly in underserved communities. By collaborating with local organizations, we focus on providing not only essential calories but also nutritious food options, rotating our distribution sites weekly to reach the widest range of clients possible. Our mission goes beyond food assistance; we actively connect individuals in need with a variety of resources and programs, including those offered by Food Helpers, to address their holistic needs. Together, we strive to nourish both bodies and lives in Greater Washington County.
