Located in Camp Hill, PA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and supportive resources for low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We understand the critical need for accessible nutrition and offer a range of services including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
