Lori Budman

Lori Budman, a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, believes that every individual possesses the inherent ability to heal. With a focus on helping clients identify and navigate obstacles that stand in the way of living a fulfilling life, she facilitates a therapeutic process rooted in the understanding that wounds are often formed in relationships and that healing must also occur within relational contexts. Lori holds a Master’s Degree in Social Service with a clinical concentration and is licensed in Pennsylvania. Her extensive training includes Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, EMDR, Complex Trauma, and CBT. With 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she brings a unique understanding of corporate systems, dynamics, and the effects of stress on daily living. Furthermore, Lori is trained in Pranic Healing and has nearly two decades of experience utilizing essential oils to support healing. She is eager to connect with those who seek transformative support through her diverse therapeutic modalities, including Compassion Focused, Emotionally Focused, and Trauma-Focused therapies.
