Michele Saffier is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified sex addiction therapist with over 25 years of experience in the field. Since 1996, Michele has had a particular focus on developing programs for partners using the trauma model, which views them as victims of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, she conducts therapy groups as well as individual, couples, and family therapy for those experiencing sexual compulsion, including partners and their families. Through her compassionate approach, Michele is dedicated to helping individuals who have been traumatized or have experienced betrayal to understand and integrate their trauma, ultimately reclaiming their mental wellness. Michele's expertise is enhanced by her training in Vipassana meditation and her current studies in Action Methods and Internal Family Systems.
