MilitaryShare A Fresh Express Program

MilitaryShare, a Fresh Express Program by Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, is dedicated to supporting military families in Bloomsburg, PA and the surrounding areas by providing access to fresh, nutritious foods. Our program specifically caters to families with at least one member who has served in the armed forces, ensuring they receive essential food assistance through our carefully organized distributions. We prioritize convenience and privacy, conducting food distributions at local armories, VFW, and AMVET locations across our expansive 27-county service area. Each distribution features a variety of healthy options, including fresh produce, dairy products, pantry staples, and, when available, meat and poultry. To benefit from our services, clients are encouraged to pre-register by calling us in advance to learn about the distribution schedule.
