Our Home Delivered Meal program offers medically tailored meals coordinated by Registered Dietitians and is available to clients eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and through the Older Americans Act. We serve those with critical dietary needs such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our meals are free from common allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those not covered by these programs, we also offer a self-pay option, making it convenient and accessible for anyone seeking nourishing meals, all at an affordable price of $7.75 per meal.
