Wester Messina is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) who specializes in assisting adults grappling with significant issues such as depression, anxiety, and family conflict. Through a psychodynamic lens, Wester employs evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and other Experiential Dynamic Therapies to guide clients toward resolving emotional distress.
