Rachel Starmer is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and elders navigate their unique stories. Too often, clients bury their true feelings and thoughts to cope with life's challenges, leading to experiences of anxiety, depression, confusion, or anger. Rachel understands that many may currently feel overwhelmed, as if their efforts are not yielding results, and are seeking understanding and a sense of control. With extensive training and experience in both the head and heart aspects of therapy, she specializes in creating a safe space where clients can confidently express their true selves.
