At the Greater Valley YMCA in Bethlehem, PA, our nationally certified Diabetes Prevention Program is dedicated to empowering you on your journey to better health. We connect eligible participants to lifestyle coaches and a supportive community designed to help you prevent diabetes and manage blood sugar-related health issues, all at no cost.
