MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bellefonte, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year, and we actively connect them to tailored services that address their unique needs. We offer a variety of weight management options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides Veterans with flexible tools to manage their weight independently.
