Erica Ricciardi

Erica Ricciardi is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to equipping her clients with effective tools to navigate their most significant life challenges. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe environment, allowing all clients to feel comfortable opening up. Recognizing the delicate nature of the therapeutic relationship, Erica employs a collaborative approach, guiding her clients as they explore their most intrusive thoughts, fears, and anxieties while assisting them in challenging these thoughts and behaviors. With experience working with adolescents and adults facing various diagnoses—including eating disorders such as anorexia, binge eating disorder, and bulimia, as well as anxiety, PTSD, OCD, body image issues, and depression—Erica utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients gain insight into their thought processes and maladaptive coping skills. Throughout their work together, Erica will guide clients through strategies to alleviate stress and anxiety, ultimately leading them toward the life they have always envisioned.
