Meals on Wheels

Located in Ambler, PA, Meals on Wheels (MOW) is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to our homebound neighbors, enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Our program delivers freshly prepared meals, including a hot lunch and an optional cold dinner, five days a week. Each meal is crafted under the supervision of a registered dietitian to meet the dietary requirements of older adults, ensuring that our recipients receive meals that support their health and well-being. We welcome all individuals in need, regardless of income, and while we encourage a suggested donation of $2 per meal, no one is turned away due to financial constraints. Our caring volunteers not only deliver food but also check in on our recipients, fostering connections that enhance safety and well-being. With an emphasis on community support, we are dedicated to serving the Upper Perkiomen Valley in Montgomery County, guided by a commitment to quality, compassion, and accessibility. We are here to ensure that homebound individuals have fresh meals and the comfort of caring neighbors.
