Liz Younger

Liz Younger, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist whose therapeutic philosophy centers on empowering individuals to be active participants in their own healing. She believes that true success stems from clients recognizing their own abilities and hard work. With a deliberately broad background in social work, Liz is equipped to tackle a diverse range of concerns, including child development, behavioral issues, and individual and couples counseling. Additionally, her expertise extends to adolescent and vocational counseling, chronic disease case management, and advocacy, making her practice adaptable to the unique needs of each client. Liz employs a multifaceted approach to therapy, beginning with attentive listening to truly understand each client as a person. Through collaborative efforts, she helps identify their strengths while addressing challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. As an Allentown Human Relations Award winner and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Liz’s passion for her work is evident not only in her direct client interactions but also as she provides supervision for those pursuing licensure.
