Our program specializes in Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for individuals under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act, as well as for those opting for our self-pay program. Each meal is crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific nutrient requirements, addressing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize our clients' dietary needs by providing meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We offer services to Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, and for Medicare Advantage participants, we help navigate meal availability through respective insurance plans. Additionally, we cater to self-pay individuals who wish to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals for just $7.75 per meal.
