Home Delivered Meals

At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Aliquippa, PA, we are dedicated to providing nourishing and medically tailored meals to those who need it most. Our Home Delivered Meals program caters to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, ensuring that individuals and their caregivers have access to meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to support general health and address specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. In addition to serving Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, we offer a self-pay program for those who do not qualify for these services. For just $7.75 per meal, clients can select their preferred meals for each delivery, enjoying the convenience of healthy eating at home. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further enhance health and nutrition support.
