ADvantage is dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities in Wilburton, OK, by providing essential support services that enable them to live independently and remain connected to their loved ones. Through our Home and Community Based ADvantage Waiver program, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medication assistance, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health, and hospice care. Our mission is to ensure that those we serve have access to the resources they need, all while fostering dignity and independence.
