A-Mo Health Center, part of the Cherokee Nation's extensive network of health services, proudly serves Wagoner, OK, with a commitment to enhancing the health of our community members, families, and individuals. Our mission is to ensure that the Cherokee people achieve optimal health, fostering thriving communities for current and future generations. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including medical, pediatrics, public health nursing, pharmacy, community nutrition, and behavioral health, among others. Eligibility for our services includes those with Native American ancestry holding a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or a Cherokee Nation Tribal citizenship card, as well as specific circumstances for non-Native Americans. Our health center operates Monday to Friday, offering compassionate care and support to help everyone in our community lead healthier lives.
