Cooweescoowee Health Center, located in Wagoner, OK, is part of a dedicated network operated by the Cherokee Nation that includes eight health centers and one hospital, all committed to enhancing the health and well-being of the Cherokee people. Our mission is to work closely with individuals, families, and communities to foster healthier lifestyles and to ensure the achievement of optimal health for generations to come. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including behavioral health, dental care, eye care, family medicine, health promotion, disease prevention, laboratory services, nutrition, pharmacy, public health, nursing, radiology, and WIC. Eligibility for our services includes individuals with Native American ancestry who possess a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or Cherokee Nation Tribal citizenship card, as well as certain non-Native American residents under specified conditions.
