Ashley Woltjer

Ashley Woltjer is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), specializing in working with children and adolescents facing challenges related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and various forms of neurodiversity. She adopts an individualized approach tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, particularly for those experiencing behavioral outbursts and aggression. Ashley supports both her clients and their families in developing emotional awareness and regulation, establishing boundaries, and modifying behaviors. For clients who may struggle with verbal communication, she introduces alternative methods such as picture exchange, communication devices, and American Sign Language (ASL). Ashley integrates an array of therapeutic modalities, including Autism-specific interactive play therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strategies for strengthening familial relationships, including the Circle of Security Parenting framework.
