Food Program

The Tulsa Dream Center is dedicated to alleviating hunger in Tulsa, OK, by offering essential food assistance to individuals and families in need. With a compassionate approach, we provide hot meals and grocery giveaways at no cost, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food. Our grocery distribution starts at 10:00 a.m., and hot meals are served from 11:00 a.m., creating a welcoming environment for people to meet their basic nutritional needs. We invite community members to check in at the front desk before 10:00 a.m. to receive the groceries they require. Together, we work towards a healthier community where no one goes hungry.
