MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Tahlequah, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and connected to personalized weight management options that align with their individual needs. We provide a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-direction, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans facing significant challenges with weight can explore medications or bariatric surgery.
