We are proud to offer specialty clinics for diabetes and dermatology care, with plans to expand our services to include genetics soon. Eligibility for our healthcare services encompasses individuals of Native American ancestry with a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or blue Cherokee Nation Tribal citizenship, as well as certain non-Native Americans who meet specific criteria. Our team is dedicated to providing accessible care tailored to the needs of our community, ensuring that every individual receives the support they deserve.
