At ADvantage in Stigler, Oklahoma, we are dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities through our Home and Community Based Waiver program. Our mission is to provide essential services that allow our clients to maintain their independence and remain connected with their loved ones. We offer comprehensive support, including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medication assistance, home modifications, assisted living options, adult day health services, and hospice care. Our goal is to ensure that every individual has access to the care they need, right where they feel most comfortable. Applications can be easily completed online, and we also offer assistance for those who prefer to apply by phone.
