ADvantage is a compassionate program based in Skiatook, OK, dedicated to offering Home and Community Based services that empower eligible adults—particularly older adults and individuals with disabilities—to enjoy independence while remaining close to their loved ones. Our mission is to provide a meaningful alternative to nursing facility placements, prioritizing comfort and quality of life. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health, and hospice care. Whether you need support for daily activities or more specialized care, we are here to help.
