Located in Sand Springs, OK, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to individuals with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by those requiring modified diets and strive to offer support through our comprehensive range of services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to the specialized food and resources they need for better health and quality of life.
