To access our services, individuals must be of Native American ancestry with a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card, or meet specific criteria if they are non-Native Americans, such as being pregnant with a Native American child, residing in a Native American household, or being a legal ward of an eligible Native American.
