Eligibility for our comprehensive services includes Native American individuals with a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or Tribal citizenship, as well as certain qualifying non-Native American residents. To receive care, individuals will need to provide specific documentation such as their Social Security card, photo identification, and relevant health insurance information.
