At Three Rivers Health Center in Pryor, OK, we are dedicated to advancing the health and wellness of our Cherokee communities by providing comprehensive medical services. Operating under the Cherokee Nation, our health center offers a wide range of services, including pediatrics, dental care, optometry, physical therapy, and behavioral health, among others. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has access to the healthcare they need, empowering the Cherokee people to achieve their best possible health for generations to come. We strive to create a welcoming environment and offer specialty clinics for diabetes and dermatology care, with plans to expand our services to include genetics in the future. Eligibility for our services includes those with Native American ancestry holding a CDIB or Cherokee Nation citizenship card, as well as certain non-Native Americans in specific situations.
