ADvantage, located in Poteau, OK, is dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities by offering essential services that allow them to maintain their independence while staying connected to family and friends. Our Home and Community Based ADvantage Waiver program provides a range of vital support options, including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, and home-delivered meals. We also offer specialized medical equipment, prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health services, and hospice care. We strive to ensure that each individual receives the personalized assistance they need.
